HACCP
The HACCP concept (HACCP is for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is an internationally recognized system to ensure that potential hazards to food safety (e.g. dangerous microorganisms, foreign bodies or chemical contamination) are detected and eliminated.
This certification is especially important for temperature controlled food transportation.
HANSEFRIGO has fully implemented the HACCP concept with the objective to effectively rule out any health risks associated with the transportation of food.
